About this recipe
Agedashi Tofu is a delicious Japanese vegan dish. Silken tofu cubes are first dusted with Katakuriko potato starch and then deep fried. If this is your first time making Agedashi Tofu, use medium tofu instead of silken tofu since it's easier to cook without breaking it. Once you're more comfortable making Agedashi Tofu you can start to use silky tofu for your Agedashi Tofu.
