About this recipe
This is my version of traditional garden salad with rocket.
Ingredients
- 1 pcs Lebanese Cucumber sliced
- 1 cup Cherry tomato or 1 medium tomato diced
- 1 handful Rocket
- 1/4 sliced Red onion
- to taste Dressing ( 1 tasp olive oil, 1 tasp balsamic or white wine vinegar, sugar, black pepper and salt)

In a large bowl, add all ingredients. Stir well and gently and serve immediately or within a few hours
