About this class
Thai food is all about balance – hot, sour, salty and sweet in every mouthful. In this hands-on Thai cooking masterclass, our chef shows you how to build those flavours from scratch, starting with your own curry paste and finishing with a full Thai feast you have cooked yourself.
You will work at your own station with fresh herbs, spices and ingredients, learn the techniques behind each dish, and pick up practical tips on where to buy Thai ingredients and how to use them at home. The class is relaxed and social, and suits complete beginners as well as confident home cooks.
